Why Herobrine attack friend not me.

So when i want to Herobrine attack me it says Herobrine does have ignore permission for me.

Hello dominatorek1,
Thanks for your interest in the Herobrine plugin! There are two ways you can disable the ignore permission for yourself. You can either set the "UseIgnorePermission" value in the configuration file to false, or you could set the "herobrine.ignore" permission for your user on your server to false.

The Herobrine configuration file is located, relative to the root directory of your Spigot server, at "plugins/Herobrine/config.yml"

Unfortunately, I do not quite understand your question. Are you asking where you can download the plugin to use on your server?
If that is what you are asking, then the download page is available here:

It's also accessible from the navigation bar at the top of the page under "Downloads → Herobrine → Download"
