Herobrine not showing up / Signs left blank.

Herobrine is not physically showing up in the world, although occasionally the signs he places are working, they just don't display text at all regardless of the config file.
running the latest version of Spigot jar file. 1.16.4

Could you provide us with some additional information on the issue such as what plugins you are running? From my testing, I have been unable to reproduce the issue you are describing.

I am using seasons and that it. im going to attach my config file so hopefully that sheds some light on what the issue could be.
