It says 2.3.1 but still downloaded 2.3.0, is it same or not?

I want to add this plugin for my 1.18.2 server and I found the new version released today, but when I downloaded it's still 2.3.0 version.

I made a mistake when publishing the release of Herobrine 2.3.1 that resulted in the download link directing users to 2.3.0 instead.

Now that I have corrected the error, please try downloading it again.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this error. I should have known better than to release the update when I was tired.
